Privacy Information and Consent: Robina Land Corporation Pty Ltd, Robina Properties Pty Ltd, Robina Projects Australia Pty Ltd, and associated entities ("Robina") collect personal information from time to time to keep those people informed of opportunities being offered by Robina, for administration, and for market research purposes. The information may be disclosed to Robina employees, contractors, advisors and agents for these purposes.
In December 2000, the Federal Government introduced changes to the Privacy Act 1988 (the “Act”) requiring most private organizations to comply with 10 National Privacy Principles (“NPPs”). Copies of the NPPs are available from the Government body that regulates the Act, the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner, whose website is at

The NPPs seek to ensure that personal information is collected, used, stored and disclosed in a fair and sensitive way.

Collection and Use
Robina collects personal information when an individual gives personal information by filling out Registration of Interest form. That information is collected so that we can advise those people of any further owner occupier or investment residential opportunities at a later date.
Access, Disclosure and Storage
Purchasers’ or potential purchasers’ personal information is not accessed by anyone other than the administration and staff of the Robina Group. We will not disclose information about purchasers or potential purchasers to anyone outside the company, unless we are required to do so by law.
Personal information is stored electronically, it is on a secure server directory kept on premises and access is password-protected.

You are able (and welcome) to gain access to your own personal information kept by Robina. Carolyn Rogers acts in the role of Privacy Officer and may be telephoned on (07) 5593 0888 to deal with any of the following matters:
- Accessing, correcting or updating your personal information. No fee is charged for this service unless in our reasonable view, requests for access are frivolous or unduly frequent or repetitive, in which case the fee will not be excessive or else in extreme circumstances, the request will be refused;
- If you initially requested residential property information but no longer want to be sent any further information about owner occupier or investment homes. We will securely dispose of any personal information about people who request removal from the mailing list.
- If you would like any further information about our privacy policy or if you have an issue you would like to raise with us regarding the way we have handled your personal information.
